Slow-roasted pork cuts that are tender enough to be "pulled" apart; usually then mixed or topped with misc BBQ sauces.

Health food at it's best! (But it's delicious!)

its actually smoked pork butt, slow smoked and later on put in a pot with bbq sauce and further smoked till it falls to bits when you pull it apart with forks. In Oz you have a Hungi, texas has pulled pork.....
