Chef21, almost all of my set ups use 2 strobes, 1 through a white umbrella, and 1 bare, and many times natural daylight as well. 1-2 reflectors (just foamboard) and thats about it.
Dong know if this qualifies as food, flavored Vodka:


and this after shooting about 500 tomato images, i had so fxxxx enough of it, i had to get rid of my frustration in some way:
