Default Tanning Salon

I will be doing a shoot at a tanning salon today. I really would like to get shots with and without the tanning lights on.
Does anyone know of any tricks to shoot directly into the tanning lights? Maybe what types of settings to try first?
It seems like a challenge but I bet the photos would be awesome if I can get the lighting right.

Not sure how this went, but, let us know the results.

My advice would be to open up a bed...and use the longest lens I had. I wouldn't want to be near the UV lights, too long, I get enough Sun in Florida.

Might be a good time to try out various filters over the lens. UV for sure; but maybe some orange? Then of course you'll have some PP to do to bring your subject back. Or just overpower the tanning lamps with a big strobe.

I started to get a tan recently, and I am very excited to the result after the session. Now I feel that I am looked better and healthier than before.

Tanned, but definitely not healthier, as a physician I can tell you that there is a clear relationship between tanning beds and skin CANCER, so much so that the FDA has banned its use for teenagers and is looking into much more strict regulation.

My family and I stay away from the harmful UV radiation of this contraptions... Go to the beach, walk in the park, do some exercise, eat balanced, drink lots of water... your skin will be healthier than ever.
