Shot the first half of the home season opener today for Men's BBall here at App. Was looking to be a good game, but I had to leave at the end of the first half to go to a newspaper meeting......lame.
.....guess how it turned out? 3 point game won in the second overtime. But whatever..... Here are a couple. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() C and C please! |

Color and Clarity on all four are fantastic...
1) A hair wide 2) Excellent 3) Little tight (cutting off the top of a head but good facial expression) 4) Also a bit too tight. Would prefer to see the entire ball

#1 I like wide basket shots like that but this one is a little too wide
#2 Pretty solid. Cropping is a personal preference but the moment/expression/timing is all solid #3 Its a little busy and everything is going a different direction as well as everyone's eyes. Its just hard to find one thing that really drives the image #4 I wouldnt have cropped that much of the ball [/my2cents]

Hehe....it's available light. The others are shot at f/2.8 1/500th, 1600.
Thanks for all the comments everyone.I want to get closer to do that wide shot next time but I can't really get any closer than where I was. Any suggestions? I feel like if I pulled the focal length up I lose that wide feel. Again I really appreciate the crit |

attention. |

I think you've done a great job of capturing the excitement and drama of the game. Well done!
