#1 is a stunner. I like how the last rays of light are hitting the lighthouse. I also like the addition of the water in the scene, something that I feel is missing from the second. Very nice work on maintaining good exposure throughout the image.

I love the first shot because of the wave movement at the bottom. The sky is beautiful, the color is nice also. Nice light hitting the structures. The second one is a bit dark and flat for me. The first one is your money shot.
