Default how to request a thread to become sticky?

Hi moderators,

I couldn't find information on how to submit a thread as a potential sticky...

The thread in question is Digital Photography with Linux: Reference Guide, which is a compilation of softwares for photo editing and workflow processing under Linux.

Would this be a good candidate for a sticky? Thanks.

Thank you for your query.

The usual method is to click the red triangle in the bottom left of the post. In this case, we are aware of your request and are currently 'looking into it'. Bear with us - and thank you for the efforts.

I made my request through the red triangle option now.

Thanks for the help.
