Default 5D mkII @ Down Under Melbourne, Australia

i am the first one to pickup from JB-HiFi Elizabeth Street, Melbourne, Australia ($3800 inc. GST, pre-ordered only since 14 nov 2008 & got it 28 nov 2008 1pm)

they only got 6 & i am 4th on the pre-order list

so excittedddddd

i was very amazed at the level of ISO it is producing @ handheld

1st photo: handheld f/2.8 1/25secs ISO1000 (taken using 16-35 2.8L II)
2nd photo: tripod f/8 10secs ISO100 (taken using 16-35 2.8L II)

both shot at raw, converted to jpeg without any adjustment at all

i am trying to make a comparison between a shot taken handheld & using tripod

for my holiday purpose: i dont think i will be bringing a tripod
i'll use ISO3200 most of the time

both shot at raw, converted to jpeg without any adjustment at all

congrats, but you know they sell vegemite here right? (ie that doesn't prove where you are, just that you eat NASTY stuff )

and just to spice the photo a bit

i am too excited to concentrate at work now

my colleagues are already looking weird at me for getting so excited on a camera

ps: i hate vegemite .. YUCK !!!

the 50mm L is one of the sexiest lens for full frame body

the 85mm L is very sexy to on a 1D / 1Ds

all my collegues in the office except for one hates vegemite (hence we got a bottle in the fridge)

ps: its suppose to be damn healthy apparently
the history of vegemite might be disgusting but u'll be surprise how many aussies like them
