Tot Wrestling from the weekend

Any C&C would be appreciated. I realize there are some focus issues, what else can I do to improve.

All were shot with the siggy 70-200 2.8 and a 420EX flash/

We just had our first tournament Sunday. How close were you to the mat, and do they always let you shoot flash?

Be careful of cropping off limbs and faces. Post your EXIF data (for those of us who can't see it cause of our dumb work computer restrictions) so we can help better. Particularly your camera settings such as autofocus drive, focus point selection, etc...

The faces in #4 are great. Determination and defeat in the same moment... great capture.

I am on the mat right next to the wrestlers. Being an asst and team photog, the head coach clears it with all coaches at meets adn tournaments. I make sure to stay out of the way and try to make myself as invisible as possible during the match.

Flash is allowed so far. No complaints. I am struggling with the flash aspect of my photography, but I am working on it.

I cropped really tight. All the photos and from what I have read told me to crop "tight"

Anything that is cut off real close(if that makes sense) is my fault when I took the photo. Still working on my technique.

I may have cropped these a little too tight after going back and looking at the originals in LR.

How do I go about including the exif info when I export from LR?

I'm matside too, but never used flash yet. I don't know if would be allowed, that's why I shoot with my 85 @ ISO 1600.

Unfortunately (for my photos, not the kids) I am coaching, so I don't get to take many pics.

Your EXIF may be included and I just can't see it while at work. Others will chime in, or I'll check when I get home. Or you can just type it in.

I love the first shot. That poor kid in the red on the second and third shot doesn't appear to be having much fun. I feel sorry for him.
