Default Removing EXIF data from jpgs.

OK, I know that "Save for Web/Devices" in CS2/3 will strip the exif data but how can I strip the exif when I use the "Save As" option instead.
For example, when saving an image in jpg at full res using the "Save As" option ?

Thx.

Check out the similar threads at the bottom left of the page. A search would have returned the same threads.
