Default Is it ok?

Would you help me please,
is the left side to dark? A friend told me that.
The chief motive is the city hall in the middle.

Just klick for a little larger view and a movable map with the place where i made the shot.
If you wish a larger view just klick again and again for the original size

I agree that there is a little too much dark on the left, so I'd crop the left side out and leave the city hall is 1/3rd of the way in.

I feel the whole image is too dark IMO it needs more light. Taking images in darkness isn't the best time. Get closer and let the church dominate the scene - or take just as the sun comes up/goes down
