Was running errands this afternoon when I looked to the north and saw some odd atmospheric happenings. It looked like it was snowing like crazy, but the temperature was only 51 degrees. The whole northern horizon looked like this . . .
![]() It was about 5 miles from where I was eventually able to turn off and get a shot. All the local news helicopters were flying overhead and I later learned that it was indeed a snow storm up in the Carefree/Cave Creek area. Wierd. . .

Wow, crazy scene. I would up the contrast a little, but other than that, nice!
