Default How to change black to white and vise versa(not in black/white pics)
Any one know a way to change black to white and vise versa on a color pic? What I mean is for example change a black car to the color white. Changing the hue and painting white just makes the car go grey.

Have you tried the replace color command? You might have real problems because of reflections.

Black to white is a huge shift, there won't be an easy method.

Can you post the photo for us?

mask out the car, do a soloarize/polarize and cut it out and flop it exactly on top of the other pic? lol or take a pic of a white car.

Me too, I can change the color on cars with actual color ,but black and white I am stumped...

Have you tried converting to a negative, then going over the rest of the image with the history brush?

that would be a no then. just tell 'em chrome is the noo white.

How do you covert to negative? Are you talking grayscale? If so, I have tried that.

Not all that impressive by itself...But considering the challange, that's pretty damn good!
