hey guys, right now i'm gathering all my gear for my friend's wedding in August 09, my question is, besides the neccesties i.e camera, lens, batteries..etc...
would it be goofy for me to purchase and bring over a light stand+soft box or beauty dish to mount my flash off camera? i know that would be completely usuless during the wedding, but i can use it pre and post wedding photoshoot. what other options do i have for on-the-go wedding shots with flash either on or off camera. thanks

You can shoot an entire wedding with one lens and all natural light, or you can shoot with multiple strobes, lenses, and assistants. It's all about how you want to approach it.

Forget it during the seremony but it may be usefult for reception. Please also remember that you can loose some interesting shots while you'll be setting up/breaking down your lights. |
