I have a 40D available with 5 months warranty remaining AND a Mack 3 year extended warranty available as well. I also have the IS Kit lens.

I'll be putting my 40D up for sale next week with 7k clicks, all the stuff it came with, an extra battery, EF-D focusing screen and a 4gb and 2gb Extreme III card for $670 shipped. Exterior is in great shape.
