Okey, after 2 e-mails to Canon Support they were still telling me that I need to replace focusing screen and gave me the phone number. I called this number and a minute later got the name of the plate I need and ordered one for ~$13 including tax and shipping. Just in case, they call it Indicator Plate.

This can be quite useful for those who look for Canon spear parts (copy paste from e-mail)

For the price and availability of parts, please contact the Jamesburg
Factory Service Center below and select the appropriate prompts for
ordering parts:

Canon Factory Service Center
100 Ridge Road
Jamesburg, NJ 08831

Phone: (800) 828-4040 and ask to speak with a Jamesburg Parts
Representative, or you can call them directly at (866) 481-2569

Business hours: 9 AM to 8 PM (ET) Monday to Friday
They told me that you can order only spear parts from them (for example Focusing Screens are considered as accessories and should be ordered via Sales Department).

Thanks for the update Dispie. Interesting how Canon Jamesburg call the part an 'indicator plate' yet Canon UK call it an 'SI plate' or 'superimpose plate'. No wonder we get confused . Did they quote you a part number?

You are right. They could be confused when I mentioned "superimpose plate" in the first mail, while they call it different way.
Here is the part number for SI Plate (Indicator Plate): YN2-9695

I cleaned my viewfinder with VisibleDust's products, I got most of the dust out there but not all. Its harder to clean the viewfinder than the actual cmos. Because you dont have straight acces you have to use a special swab thats bend in a 45 degree angle.
