Hi all so yesterday was my first attempt at paintball and using my 70-200 let me know what you all think. C&C is ok i guess just take it easy on me! aha :p

yea i was pretty much testing the waters and my new 70-200. there wasnt that much good action on the field that day besides my buddy diving into a bunker, having his hopper break into 2 and then get shot while he was trying to put it back together aha which is the 2nd to last shot

Looks pretty good. and of course, more action, stay low, and shoot your heart out.

The biggest thing that bothers me is the weird crops/sizes of the pictures. but that might just be a me thing.

it was my my first real attempt. i did it when i first started taking a interest in photography but that was before i even owned my own camera. i had borrowed a buddies of mine lol so i didnt count it as a real attempt

i shot in av and raw, also did a custom white balance if that helps any

Gotcha i shoot in Manuel and Jpeg. i just use the automatic white balence on my camera.

manual and jpg huh. maybe if we get on the same field one day you can show me the ropes. i might be at sc next sat again, and any luck with the 70-200? any biters? if not i say post it in craigslist that should help you out

Not bad. I remember my first time shooting paintball... got shot 3 times while trying to get the best pictures. :lol:

aha it was pretty much dead yesterday so i didnt get shot. i played paintball for 8 years before i picked up a camera so i dont mind getting shot a few times aha

looks like some good fun was had. but i would recommend putting some space between your photos when you post them. because these two look funny together.
