3 Super cute kids.

I was going through some of my old shots & came across these. I processed these when I was just starting to learn PS (about a year ago LOL!). Anywho, they did not look very good, so I decided to do a little PP practice on them.

I really like the 1st two, the 3rd is a cute little girl, but the the color looks a bit off and the white background looks cloudy or something. Dont really know how to explain it. I really like the 2nd one the most.

I really them, i think the colours great, especially like number 1 and 2.

I LOVE them! The blue fence really makes the boy POP!

Thanks everyone! Christyjo, I see what you mean about the white background on 3. That was a white column she was leaning against & on the other side of her is a majorly blown out sky....probably could have evened it all out more.

Thanks, that is actually a door (that has since been torn down

) Anywho, it was a greyish blue so I used the sponge tool to up the saturation a ton! As for the rest of the PP, just some sharpening, contrast boost, curves adjustment (they were all a bit dark) & evening out of the skin (clone tool). I also sharpened up the eyes a bit more & dodged just the highlights in them to really bring them out. Hope that helps! Oh, almost forgot, I ran a soft focus action on 2&3....kind of gave them a bit of a glowy look.

These look great! I love the colors in the first two...never can get mine to be as vivid as I see other people's...

WOW!! the second one is amazing I love the composition and the exposure.. if you don't mind sharing did you use flash or an external light source .. also what were your settings please? do you use Manual or AV.. thanks .. keep up the great work

Thank you! For the second shot I only used one light. A JTL everlight w/a large softbox. Now that I think of it, I might have used my 430EX as well.....it was a while ago & I can't really remember! I don't recall the settings on that & I have no idea how to view the efix data...sorry!
