I am a noob to glamour and nude photography and had a question about subjects.
I see all these wonderful shots in the studio of models, nude and semi-nude, and clothed. Which is more common, the model searching out a photographer or the photographer searching out a model? I can understand why the model would want photos, for her portfolio, but what does the photographer who searches out the model do with his photos?, other than adding them to his portfolio. thanks |

Photographers can use such images (beyond their portfolio) for stock, for potential self-publications, as practice, as illustrations, and spec submission to various publications, and for established clients. Or they simply make be taken for the love of photography.
