Mine is a bit more mundane than your's dewmuw - that is classic! LOL. Your parents are cool.

My real name is Nick, some of my mates call me Nitsch (pronounced Neesch). No logic behind it, we were messing around one day and someone came out with it and it kind of stuck!

It makes for a good username as Nick is too common but Nitsch always seems to be available!

Wow...interesting thread.

I have had mine since...forever...or 1991. It is a derivative of what I do and where I do it. 5-0 in Las Vegas. Simple...

This thread's gone cold... but here's 2 possible explanations for my username;

1. On a famous (now defunct) forum based loosely around the Japanese hobby of inventing curious gadgets and modern living aids which are WAY over the top, high farce in fact, I used this same username..... at the high point of my 22 hour-a-day addiction to the aforementioned forum I had a brainwave -after a ton of consumer electronic research - I hit upon a great new invention for the modern busy executive and miscellaneous office types and... are you still reading this or have you skimmed down to option number 2?

2. Boot camp nickname, a truncation, derived from my surname.

Okay, you know you want to know... just what was it? What was that invention and did I get a presented with the annual best invention award... and did the Japanese presenter pronounce my username all wrong because it has an 'R' in it?

Well, researching the Jap businessman demographic, I found that they made many business trips yet they always strived to maintain their self-sufficiency and their self discipline - they wear ultra neat office clothing, yet they must have very compact luggage. So I invented the "Air Traveller's Inflatable Ironing Board". Using the highest quality flurescent nylon plymers, it was at once colorful, extremely lightweight and portable, and since it was, in a sense, disposable (single use), it was good hygenic practise also. If you've bothered reading this much you now have evidence of my quirky imagination and my ultra dry sense of humor. Thats what I've been told anyway...

When I bought my first Harley, years ago, I joined a club called Harley Owners Group (HOG); so, I consider myself a Hogster. Now I'm about to buy a Harley V-Rod, will this make me a Rodster?

Some friends in high school referred to me as cruzyn stuzyn (a play on my last name). I used the moniker cruzyn with ISPs and email until settling on Yahoo mail where it was taken. I added the 56 to it and have been using it ever since.
