Art cards

Can anyone point me to print shop that does art cards?

They are small (6x4?) with matted photo, and opens like a birthday card.

Saw this company advertised in a higher-end photo mag recently:

For clarification are you wanting a matte finish or a matted (bordered) photo? If a matte finish is what your looking for then Page 23 of the bayphoto pdf cat has what you asked for except they are 4" x 5-1/2", to get matted finish you'll have to call bayphoto.
