New member from Dubai with a few pics !
Hey guys,Im in Dubai , U.A.E and Im really happy that I came across this forum, I must say Iv already learned alot about framing and photo ideas already just by going through a few threads here.. I am very new to photography and almost a week ago I purchased a Canon 450D with the 18-55 lens. I purchased an additional Sigma 70-300 (non APO) for about 120US$ and a Slik Tripod for 80$ so a bit of something to get me going on.. ok enough talking and Im sorry if I have posted this in a wrong place coz I couldnt find newb section
 anyways here are a few shots that I did and I hope u guys enjoy and give me feedback ... 1. View of Dubai Marina taken from Palm Jumeirah Lens: 18-55, E:4, A:f/3.5 iso:400  2. My ride , vw bug 2001 Cup Edition 1.8T - Taken in Palm Jumeirah Lens: 18-55, E:1.3, A:f/7.1 iso:400  3. A view of Dubai Airport Terminal 1 - Taken from the Helipad of a Building in Sharjah (sharjah and dubai are 5kms apart) Lens: 70-300, E:8, A: f/16, iso: 100, focal: 190mm  4. Dubai marina and construction ! taken from my balcony Lens: 18-55, E:30, A:f/22, iso:100  5. A view of Dubai from Sharjah Heli pad Lens: 18-55, E:20, A:f/22, iso:100  6. Welcome to the forum. I visited Dubai a couple years ago. What an amazing place, reminded me a lot of Vegas
