Default ChromaKey and Aftereffects into flash

I need to turn some footage filmed on a green screen into a swf with a transparent background.

I know its possible but what is the best way?

Thanks in advance.

For the PC, you can download a trial of Adobe Ultra. Should do the trick. Won't work on Mac AFAIK.
