Default Lighting

I just wanted to get a feel of what most people who shoot black and white G&N are using for lighing modifiers on their strobes.

For example: Soft boxes, umbrellas, grids, snoots or bare.

Default Re: Lighting

I think you're find we all use whatever works for the shots we want to use. My last monotone shoot, I used a beauty dish with a diffuser sock and two grids (20 degree and 40 degree). That's what I needed for the setting. Before that, I used a large softbox on one light and barndoors on the other two strobes. And I don't think it really matters if it's B&W or color.
