Nice shots, Home page bull pic is superb...
Site is also simple and eye pleasing. Want to suggest you on few things like, All images are showing in Archive section, when i opened the site, was searching for portfolio link. I think everybody do the same, so if you change the link name from archive to portfolio will help users to find all pics easily. 2nd thing: If you create some galleries and divide all pics in those gallery like, Landscape, Nature, Peoples etc, will make your site easy to navigate. As every user have its own taste , So this will help them. 3rd Point : When we mouse our on big image it shows the arrows for previous and next, it fade up whole half image, I think if it only show small arrow icons like light box will look nice and user can view whole pic without removing the cursor. Rather then that ,Site is great

1: When I want to go the next image, I have the choice between two evils. 1: Hold the mouse over the larger target, namely one of the sides of the image, thereby summoning an arrow and a layer of white with opacity. 2: Using the "next" and "previous" below the image, which constantly change position depending on image title
2: Grammatical errors 3: Links should look like links 4: You seem to be using " ´ " instead of " ' " |

Nice and simple. Clean. However, I did not like the navigation too much. Specifically: you click on archive, get the page of thumbnails, click a thumbnail. At that point there is not easy click back to the thumbnails other than clicking archive again.

Entry page is confusing, lose it as it's a barrier to the user. They want the information when they enter not jump through hoops. Also it's reminiscent of just a holding page.
Grey on white text is hard to read, if not impossible for some people. Break up your gallery instead of getting the user to download a tonne of images, this will also save you a bit of bandwidth. Guestbooks are considered both to be a security risk and also a point of attack, it's extra work for you to maintain the site and make sure they don't become Spam drops or abusive messages. You also may want to make your font size a bit bigger, especially in consideration for users using larger monitors.

Very very nice. A couple of suggestions:
- Entry page is nice, but it's just not necessary. - The main gallery has way too many thumbnails on it. I would give one image as your "main gallery image" than give the drop down which will give them the thumbnails they're looking for. "All" can be an option in the drop down, but give them the option. - The "menu" on top changes from the "main page" to the rest. This is a bit confusing. - The "main page" has a very nice comment interface, but for contact on the menu you're using a standard boring form. Use the same tool. Great images, the sunsets and the bull fighting images are great. |
