I think the coolest images on this site are right here in this thread. The forethought and additional effort needed to use this lens is the reason for that, I think. I'm ashamed I don't get out to use mine more often.

Sorry to hear you're not 100%, Jordan. Hope that improves very soon.

The fact that I never uploaded these to begin with kinda says it all, but I've recently had a nice sale from a photo of the City of London and London in general continues to sell higher than most. So here's a few more from London as who knows, maybe these will result in some beer money too!

And then since I was editing photos anyway, here's a ceiling from Edinburgh:

^^^^ THAT IS PRETTY SPECIAL! Wonderful processing.

Quick one from me - Edinburgh Castle lit up red is a unique sight so had to make the most of the occasion.

Why, thankee. :)

As for the 'processing', ...well it's actually a grossly overexposed photo (dialed in the wrong settings for Sunny 16), and the lens wasn't really in focus. Looking through the images I was gonna trash that one but it was the only one with a composition that I liked, so I decided to just push the exposure even further in CaptureOne Pro (by ~ +1.5 stops) and then convert to black and white and boost the contrast. I even added a gradient on the sky and blew it out even further to eliminate all trace of clouds. I like the results: talk about serendipity. ;-)a

The Tallapoosa River at Horseshoe Bend National Military Park, near Alexander City, Alabama. The park is the site of an 1814 battle between Major General Andrew Jackson's 3,300 man army and 1,000 Red Stick Warriors.

A little fun with a 2 row pano (vertical) with the TS-E 24mm f/3.5L II. Stitched to spherical mapping mode in Autopano Giga:
