Default New factory

Canon are building a new factory in Japan, lets hope they will have better QC.

Being particularly pleased with current QC, would assume the new plant would not result in it being worse. First new plant for them in 27 years. Maybe from money saved from not buying chairs? Ha! Ha!

no the money saved from the chair budget went into the motion speed detectors in the hallways.

Easier to build new than refit old?

Japan is a pretty small country. I wonder if they could have retrofit an older factory.
