Default question not about photography

I see that some posts hava a click here or gear or what ever
and it is blue. If you click on those blue areas it opens a link.

How do you change the name of a website or list so as you
can name it click here or what ever you change it to and
it will still open the link? Below is an example if you
clicked the words here in the orginal post it opens a link.

1. Copy the address of the website you want to embed
2. Click the thrid icon from the right in the Reply box; paste the website address you want to embed in the box that pops up.
3 After you click okay, the embed code will be pasted into the reply box; the portion of text you can change will be highlighted in blue. Change that portion to whatever you want.

Here's an example: Click here and wait 10 seconds

There are other ways but they usually involve writing HTML code.
