i would love to take shoots like this

i like very much black & white and i love shots like these http://www.alexgiudice.com/GALLERIES...rial%29.html#0 or http://www.alexgiudice.com/GALLERIES...rial%29.html#1 initially i thought they are high key , after i understood they aren't can somebody help me to obtain such black & white i love the contrast ,and that the skin is pure white , blowed away i would be very happy for every advises and help thanks
