Has anyone used or heard good things about the Konica Big Mini BM-210? My Olympus MJUii isn't working so great anymore and I'm in the market for a new point and shoot. The MJUii prices have gotten insane and I figured this would be a good time to look other places. If that's not a good option, does anyone have any suggestions for an affordable P&S? I'm trying to stay around $200. Thanks guys!

Well done, nice to see some FD action here. :-)

That's a neat old shop, how's the food? Looks like you're having a ball with that Fuji.

Are you processing your own or do you send it out?

I'm asking because the last couple times I've processed my own they haven't come out very well. I need to find a great place to have film processed.

Developing with ilfosol3 at the recommended time of 4m 15seconds. Are your chemicals still good ?

I'll have to mix more. I have kodak d76 powder. It's a couple years old. Hopefully it's still good in powder form. I'll read up on it and see If it is possible that it went bad but I doubt it. I had some liquid but I disposed of that. I know that was no good. Stop bath and fixer is old as well. Might as well just buy all new.

Shampoo sounds like an unfortunate name for a hair product.

I've know other fellas in the small local film group who have kept chemicals for to long and noticed a lack of quality in their film. I reckon your d76 should be good , but maybe grab a new packet. Even in Australia d76 is cheap.

I live in northern tropical Australia and we are coming into our stinking hot summer. So the time has come to start doing some night exposure .

These past two weeks I've been pushing film for the first time. I shot a roll of Delta 400 @ 1600 with my Canon Elan IIe and developed it for 11:30 at 21c in Xtol. Here are a couple of images to show the results. I also shot a roll of Delta 3200, but it was a bit too grainy for 35mm.

I haven't seen TMAX 3200 around in quite a while, but I've shot it in low light situations out of a 35mm with the grain being quite acceptable for the speed.
It was real good for shooting existing and low light. If you can find it, I'm sure you'd have a blast with it.

Looks ok to me. Some night exposures would be good if you get the chance.
