I'm up for that, Heck, I'm up for anything !!

But as it would be a largish time-commitment, we'd need to ensure that the teachers for the particular modules were really good at their areas.

We'd still need a studio, and someone "local" to organise models etc ......

Who wants to volunteer for what "modules" ??

Just had a thought.......

I might know where a studio MIGHT be in Adelaide ??

You just want him to bring his models don't you!

Seriously though, if you can snag Jason for a couple of days it would be well worth it. He's very particular about his MUA though so you'd probably have to pay to ship her too.

I've sent him an e-mail, if he helped us it would probably be better if we went to him, see previous about needing studio etc........

So far I've sent 12 e-mails out to various photographers who have (pretty darn good) galleries on the 'Net.

Everywhere from Perth to Brissy, and just about all ports in between !

lol yeah, he's just around the corner from my work but he does a lot of shoots around Sydney. Probably easier to keep the workshop central to all interested parties or at least close to transport for the inter-staters (unless of course you want some nicer scenery)

Hey Guys,

Thanks for pointing me to this thread and i have to say I am honored that you guys mentioned me. This would be a very cool thing to be involved in but for me it has to be through the week as every weekend is booked out now for pretty much ever... lol

I totally agree, keep the classes small, say maximum 4 students so each student can get their hands on the gear (no not the models - lol) and have access to me to ask any question you like... i would prefer to shoot a location shoot than a studio shoot... i can get access to the garage any time too..

It would be worth taking out annual leave for it.

I'd really, really prefer studio based, as where ** I ** am, others obviously may be different, studio is better for me for my regular shooting.......

3 days studio...1 day location.....1 day post-processing ??

What's the thinkin' out there ?

Accommodation...Jason are you within walking distance of a half-decent motel ?

Same here, weekends are horrible. I'd be taking leave to go to it given the opportunity, for sure.

What about the Sydney people, is it feasible to drive to Wollongong every morning ?

It's not like you'd want to be getting there at lunch-time ............

When are we thinking?

I would need to come up with a great excuse/reason to be allowed a week off school.

Saying that i would do everything possible to be there, if i was allowed to be there by all of you
