He writes good articles on sales. He wrote for Printwear and Promowear, he still may I don't get those magazines anymore. Yeah, customer service is the mainstream of business.

Very good article. (about the free ipod with computer purchase at the mac stores) To bad I bought my mac book pro 3 weeks before they started offering the touch with them for free and when I went back they said only if it had been 2 weeks. Left a sour taste in my mouth. Ended up making all the rest of my mac purchases at other stores, not because I was truly upset but just because I didn't care.

I have skip read it & will print it out.

I do not make my living from photography (would love to start some sales, hence my sig) but I learned a long while ago in B2B selling that the adage "Under promise & overdelivery" goes a very long way towards building better loyalty in the customer.
