need opinions cant decide

i have about $300 at the moment and want to purchase some new camera gear, the problem is that i dont know what i want to buy first... what is your opinion?

tripod (last one broke)
shutter release
camera backpack bag
nifty two-fifty
nifty fifty
battery grip
flash

im way into macro but lately i have been wanting to take pictures of different things, any suggestions... what would you get?

A tripod. Since the last one broke, it's obviously something you used. So you ought to replace it. $300 ought to about manage a Manfrotto 055XPro and 488RC2 head, which will last you a lifetime or until you get a 400 f/2.8 lens.

How much do you really use your tripod? I don't use mine very much, and I could barely justify spending $90 on mine. Now when I do use it, I do wish I had a better, more stable tripod with a better head. But I use battery grip, nifty fifty, camera backpack, & my flash a lot more.

I would go with a good used 430EX or 580EX if you don't already have one. Out of the items you listed I use my 580EXII the most and don't think I can get around not having it. Also it's like night and day when you step up from your pop-up flash.
