OK, I hope that I don't get it correct right out of the gate (If I do, you are still up!) but my money is on Bullworth. And if it wasn't from there, it should have been in there - right next to the "Eating fried chicken, drinking malt liquor" line!

This is killing me. Hope someone gets it soon. I know it's pig latin but the only movies I can think of where someone said something in pig latin are Robin Hood: Men in Tights, Blues Brothers and the Lion King and I'm pretty sure it's not one of those.
