Default A few of Vanessa

Alright so I was at my beach house this past weekend with my family in Oregon and met up with a local model to get some shots. What do you know literally 5 minutes into it the rain starts coming down after it had been nice the past few days before. So anyways we only shot for 20 minutes before we decided we'd had enough. We plan to shoot again in a few months and hopefully we can get one nice day. Any C&C is appreciated.

1.

2. This would have been one of my favorites had it not been for her arm. It was my fault I totally didn't notice it when shooting

3.

4. was goin for a lower saturated kinda look

Anyways, thanks for looking

Hey Jordan, sweet shots and you clearly have a comfortable model there, but PLEASE be careful with the "slant shooting" style. It wears thin very quickly and can often be seen as a style of someone who can't get their horizons to look straight!

Regards,
Simon

Keep posting and shooting and you'll have a following in the G&N section when you meet the requirements. I like 3.

Thanks guys!

I'm glad she looks comfortable, when we were shooting I just kept feeling like she wasn't and kept trying to get her to loosen up. By the end I think I somewhat achieved that lol Yeah I notice myself doing the slant-style way too much and I'm not sure why. It's like a nasty habit I cant shake lol I'm shootin Monday so I'm gonna try to limit those to a very small number.

You're welcome.

And I mentioned the slant look because my cousin was married last year (I couldn't attend) and when he sent me the link to the photos, I actually shouted at my computer screen because almost every shot was slanted/over-exposed/under-exposed/poorly framed/you name it. I was furious, especially when I heard the fee!!!! Slanting a shot, to me, is a gimmick that has uses sometimes, but it's the SUBJECT of the photo that really matters.

Hope to see more from you on here soon!
