Default 430ex sleep mode :(

I can't seem to find my manual for the Canon 430ex anywhere and it goes into sleep mode after about a minute and it's driving me crazy!!!

Anyone know how to correct this?

It's one of the custom functions.

I don't remember which one it is, but here's where you can find the manual:

saw his post right after I found the manual...which only took about 35 seconds in google.
