Default Family Portrait.. in the living room = )

I was asked by a family if I would do a session for them while there oldest was home from collage. Being that they live on a farm I thought man this will be great! Nope, it pored the whole weekend. Luckily I brought along a backdrop and lighting equipment.

So far, I like this photo the best. We were setup in a small tight live room. I used a black backdrop along with a Genesis 200 w/ a 52in. white bounce umbrella and a 42in silver reflector. Also had a 430ex overhead for a touch of fill/rim light separation from the backdrop. C&C VERY WELCOME

Cool! I bet the dad's old and vintage looking shirt has a story to tell...

Oh, too bad you couldn't use their farm.

I think PJ looks a little stiff, but it's a great family shot.

Nice shot. Did you use the 50mm or the 28-135?

I used the 28 handheld, the outside shots were with the 70-200L 2.8
