Good Morning, All. Got in from NYC at 6:30PM last night...took Jenn, John, and the kids to a out to a Father's Day dinner last night as John has to work today.

We had such a wonderful time with Jimmy & Nicole...our trip highlight was the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The light there was astonishing! It is one huge studio

Here are two samples: The main entry floor with wonderful light and shadows; and then some Venetian Glass back lit with natural light...all with my G11!

What is a free day? I am sewing valances for my kitchen today. Went to Jo Ann's Fabrics with my sons and have enough projects for a month! Sewing and still sewing.

Back from the Dr. He thinks I have an ulcer, put me on some meds and scheduled a GI series for next Monday. Great

Now I am going to work on Danielle's scrapbook.

I had that GI series, and they said I did have an ulcer, but the meds took care of it in about a month. It's not too bad.

I am taking Prilosec, cut out soda and alcohol (Boooo!) and generally trying to watch what I am eating. The pain is miserable. I just hope that it is nothing more than an ulcer.

Mo, so sorry to hear this. Slow down and take it easy. I gave up alcohol a few years ago as it is just "empty" calories I have to work off. On occasion I will enjoy a cold Pils beer with a good meal

Well, you know I don't drink alcohol, but I do like my Diet Coke. I've been drinking that less and trying to do more soy milk. Not my favorite, but less work for my stomach, which tolerates milk products, but usually, isn't happy about it. And I've given up all spicy food. I think my stomach is okay, but I don't want to risk it. I take one brown pill in the morning now and that's it. Between my Zyrtec, Diovan and Vitamin D pills, I'm doing pretty well.
