Greetings all!
Thinking about holiday sales and thought I'd start an idea exchange to see what we're all up to and to possibly jar ourselves into action! Idea 1: offering a 'Holiday Portrait' package for a set fee. A couple of 8x10s, 5x7s and maybe Christmas cards. Thinking about advertising this in our local paper. Idea 2: Work with makeup/hair friend to do a 'Glamour/Boudoir' portrait for moms to give as Christmas gifts. Maybe package the prints in a small, leather book... Idea 3: I've already done some portrait sessions at area Pumpkin Patches and had really good sales. Minimal adjustments, one light. I may hit a few this year to line up shoots for next year. Here, pumpkin patches are usually churches and I've always donated some of my profit back to the church. Win win for both! Anyone else have anything they're thinking of for the 2009 Holiday Season?
