UW-Whitewater vs. UW-Stevens Point Football
Another weekend of football. Pretty crappy and cold day with a few snow flurries But I feel happy with the images from this weekend. I really do feel like I am improving week to week, thanks everyone for your help. C&C still appreciated.

Re: UW-Whitewater vs. UW-Stevens Point
Nice series. Here are some thoughts: #1 was not very compelling. There was a lot of empty space (the field in the foreground) and the players were too centered for my taste. BTW, isn't the ref supposed to watch the play?
In #2, the lineman's backside is too prominant and it draws attention away from the player. I'm not sure if anything can be done about it, though.
#3 is a great sports image, in my opinion. The image catches the player in motion and in a strong position with forward his knee in an upward stride. Compare it against the plaer in #4 where his knee is in a downward stride. The player in #3 looks stronger and more dynamic.
