Default Kata H-12 owners

What can you comfortably fit into the H-12? Is it fine for a 40D without a grip? I'm having a hard time visualising the fit based solely on a few measurements on Kata's website. Can't try before buying, unfortunately.

It's probably bigger than you think it is.

I did check the dimension on the H-12, and it's not something I'd recommend based on the info. To me the H-14 is a way to go if you're planning on using the 40D with any long lenses attached.

Thanks. It will only be used with a short to mid length lens, when I don't need much gear; the 70-200 and anything bigger goes in a Kata backpack.
