Default Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo x2

I have a new hp laptop that came with Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo x2. While working on some images, it froze up. A message box came up and said "this program stopped working because of a problem". After shutting down the computer and restarting, the program will not start. I get that "This program has stopped working" message box and windows closes the program with out identifying the problem or giving a solution. Any suggestions?

Default Re: Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo x2

reinstall?

Honestly, I stopped using paint shop pro X2 due to random freezes, so I really don't know.
