Exclamation What would you recommend?

Shooting a very very dark venue where there will be lots of movement.

my gear;

xti
2 flash heads (with slave)
convertable umbrella/stand
50 mm 1.8
75 - 300 4 - 5.6
18 - 65 (?) (can't remember exactly)... 4 - 5.6
tripod

There will be skits and stuff taking place on stage. What would you recommend?
