Default Grey Heron Flight

Caught this one early morning while birding a week ago. Rebel XT, 75-300 lens.

I believe the bird is a Blue Heron.

Around where I am, they are called Great Blue Herons.

Arun, to me, it appears to be a Great Blue Herron. Either way, where was this photo taken? Poor bird seems to have some "modified" wings!
