Read their rules very carefully. They can use anything you post for their purposes royalty free. I would say it's a big scam.

www.photosite.com has 150 for free. I pay for the upgrade and have been very happy with it.

Check the Sticky thread in "galleries" for recomended host sites. There are a few good free ones.
