Default WTB: D90 or D300

Looking forward to buying a mint D90 for about $625 (less than 3~4k actuations)
OR a mint D300 for about $800 (PM or email me about the shutter actuations)
I'd be happier if you add a grip as well (of course, I'll pay more for the grip but it does not have to be Nikon OEM; cheaper 3rd parties are just fine).
I'm only dealing in CASH-LOCALLY in CHICAGO, IL.

Thanks for looking.

P.S.

Nikon, then Canon, then Nikon again. But I still love POTN over NikonCafe.

Nikon D90, MB-D80, Nikkor AF-D 50mm f/1.8D, AF-S 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G VR, Nikkor AF-S 24-70mm f/2.8G, Nikkor AF-S 70-200mm f/2.8G VR.
