These tripods are marketed as being more durable and study than anything else out there. Of course, many others might say the same thing. Anyhow, I ran upon a US retailer of these.

They sent me PDF's of their Unilock catalogue and it is too large to attach. I'll be glad to email it to anyone who wants it.

They do look stong and versatile. A great thing for the outdoors photographer. Also a bit more pricey than I need.

Anyhow, thought others might be interested.
