Default Gunshots

A few I did a while back ... seems like the right forum to share them in.

Very close on the guess.

It's an AR-15 carbine. A citizens version of the M4 (no full auto).

ETA: Actually, more a clone of an M16 - the primary predecessor to the M4.

Bushmaster?

My colleague now officially freaks me out as well.. For someone in England where guns are illegal he has a stupid amount of knowledge on them!

Again, very close. It's actually a DPMS, but they were bought by Bushmaster last year (the rifle is older than that though).

1) Interesting viewpoint on the DPMS but I would have liked directly looking down the site, or a tad more turned so the front of the barrel isnt cut off. Like the lighting. What are all the little white spots from?
2) Love this one. I would bring up the exposure in a few places so the gun doesnt disappear into the background such as the mag in the bottom right and just to the right of the hammer. 1911 I assume?
3) Cool shot. Would have liked to not have the trigger guard cut off but doesn't bother me that much. What is the round thing with the screw in it above the hammer?
4) Impossible to make that gun look bad.
5) On the top of my list for my next gun purchase. Bring down the highlights at the end of the barrel to avoid the blending into the background seen right below the front sight. Other than that love it.
6) Interesting. Maybe try getting a little more of the gun in the shot. I think that would give it a tad more visual impact.

I really need to stop being lazy and get my guns out for some photo sessions sometime soon. Maybe while the weather is crappy.

Very nice shots, very clean guns. I am a semi-auto man, but that S&W looks mighty fine.

I don't understand the attitude of non US people and guns. No gun has ever gone off by itself, walked into a store and held up a clerk, or shot it's owner by mistake. They are just dead iron, wood and plastic and can't do anything on their own.

It's the nut jobs holding them that is the problem. We do have our fair share of nut jobs though.

Johnny, you have failed your spelling test.
My pen spelled the word wrong Mrs Johnson, honestly!

No, Johnny spelled it wrong while holding the pen. Not what I was saying at all.

Don't get me wrong. I love guns and stuff and I know exactly what you mean. We just haven't been brought up with them so they do intrigue me!

I'm no anti-gun freak, trust me

Britain was a civilized place before guns were invented. We were you Brits just a couple hundred years ago, so in effect, you all started all this. We just kept it going and improved on the idea.
