I want to hook up my laptop (fairly new Lenovo ideapad with 4 gig ram running windows vista) to my rebel T1i and use live view and preview shots taken. I have seen the Breeze software website that apparently let you use autofocus in that mode. If anyone has used or heard if that software is any good I would appreciate hearing about it.
I don't know which cables to use, etc. Any basic help tips would be appreciated. I want to use this in my studio for portraits and for landscapes. Thanks, Jim |

Just use the USB cable that came with the camera. I suspect any mini USB cable would work if you don't have the official one. Install the Canon software first. EOS Utility lets you use tethered shooting modes, download pictures, set user settings etc.
