Default Quarry Shoot + A Barn

Washed the car today so I could go out and take some pictures. I had fun playing with the new camera and the 50mm lens. Was a learning experience, I think the photos came out pretty good but any comments & critiques are definitely welcome. Not sure if I over-edited them or not, so fire away.

I wanted to get more shots at the main part of the quarry where the last pic I posted was taken, but there is a house overlooking it and a guy came out and started staring at me from a couple hundred yards away. Pretty sure I wasn't supposed to be there so I packed up and left. Wish I had snapped a couple quick pics to show you how big/deep it was because there were definitely some opportunities for some sick shots had I been able to stay.

*It's a good thing I upgraded to flickr pro because this set was a 212.19MB upload, hehe. Check out my photostream for all of the pics I shot today.

Looks like an interesting location with lots of possible setups.

Unfortunately, these lack a little something with all the skies being blown out.

You had nice light & these are pretty good. I think it pops out nice against the darker background in #5.
