Default Moo Cards Question

I made my initial order with moo and have handed them all out already. I would like to order more, but I have a question.

Are the photos I have used on previous orders archived so I don't have to edit them again, crop again? Can I pick some of the photos I used last time and add more to them? Say for example I want this batch to be sports oriented unlike the first one, which was general photography and only had some sports photos. I love the ones I used the first time and want the same ones in the next order.

yup, you can go to 'manage orders' at the top and just click the 'reorder' button next to your order. it'll take you to a preview and you can edit the photos you want included. just click the 'choose images' button once you're in your order preview.
take some out, add some others in, etc.

I just love moo cards!! I'm needing to order more soon as well! My only problem with them has been font size, my editing program (PSE 8), has the smallest font size of 8, which takes up most of the space on the front card for what I want it to say, it works but just doesn't look/feel right. any way I can make it smaller?

I tried that and it gets stuck. I can not go pass the crop images step. When I click on the "next step" tab, it keeps going right back to the page I am on, and will not advance to the next one nor will it let me click on anything else.

went to 'your orders', clicked on 'reorder' of my most recent order, then when that loaded i just clicked on 'step 1- choose images' (on the top left) since it automatically defaults to step 5 - check preview.
once in there, i added a couple of random images from my flickr photostream, hit next step, then checked the boxes to delete some other photos. hit next step and it asked me how i wanted the text on the back of the card. finished the order (well, almost. didn't hit pay, since i don't want any right now).
so, it definitely let me go on with the images i chose and deleted the ones that i deleted as well.
hope this helps!

Here is what I did:

On top clicked "your orders". Screen changed to "your account". Clicked on "reorder" (from previous order) on right side. Screen changed to "Check preview & add to cart". Clicked on yellow tab area saying "upload images". Uploaded images I want to add. Clicked on "next step". Screen changed to "crop images". Cropped the new photos I uploaded. Clicked on "don't use this photo" on the ones I did not want in this batch which were in the first one. Click on "next step" and BAMB!!!!!!!!!! Right back to the "crop images page". It will not change............What am I doing wrong

you're doing exactly what i've done. i'd say try clearing cache/cookies, etc. if that doesn't work, email moo. they're pretty helpful from what i've seen.
(i don't work for them, just order my business cards from them a lot hehe)

Another issue might be what browser you're using.

Strnge: what browser are you using?

Strnge: Try another browser, see if it works. IE has horrid support for many things. Chrome is the obvious choice as that works for ambeestar, but Firefox or Safari would be worth a whirl.

This is not a definite solution, but when things don't work for some people on certain websites, my first suggestion is to try another browser, and seems like 7 times out of 10, switching browsers helps!

I had to redo my entire order because I needed to order them today. They have still not contacted me from my 2 separate email requests for help.
